HOTEL PROJECT MAR I VENT - MALLORCA

The main challenge was to adapt to the sloping terrain and integrate a new building between two existing structures with floors at different levels. To ensure smooth circulation between the hotel’s spaces and its thirty rooms, we implemented solutions such as spacious terraces along the pathways, large windows that maximize sea views, and a carefully planned layout of the common areas. This approach optimized the use of space while preserving the aesthetic, blending the hotel seamlessly with the surrounding topography and landscape. Local materials were used to reflect the authenticity of the northern Mallorcan villages.
