R·S15 is a 400 m² residence in Sotogrande developed under a minimalist architectural approach, where natural light and the connection with the large garden become the main features of the project. The house is carefully designed, prioritizing spatial flow and a sense of openness to create a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere. Natural materials such as warm wood and stone combine with neutral surfaces and high-quality finishes, achieving a balance between elegance and comfort. The arrangement of the volumes and large windows allows each room to maintain views of the exterior, while the transitional axes between spaces reinforce the continuity between interior and garden, creating a serene and luminous living experience.
