HOF redefines the concept of single-family living through the fusion of contemporary design and sustainability in Dubai. The residence spans approximately 500 square meters. The study of the local climate has guided the project’s conception: walls are strategically built to shield from daytime heat while retaining warmth for cooler nights. The placement of window openings, lattice screens, and the central courtyard all contribute to thermal regulation and the creation of comfortable, light-filled spaces.
