R·H23 is a 600 m² family residence in La Moraleja, defined by a distinctive composition of three single-pitch volumes. This arrangement creates varying heights and intermediate spaces, establishing a dynamic interplay between interior and exterior. The design emphasizes natural light and a strong connection to the garden, fostering a sense of spaciousness, tranquility, and harmony with nature. Materials such as stone and warm wood detailing play a central role, enhancing the home’s tactile richness and inviting character. Transitional axes between spaces have been carefully conceived so that, from any point within the house, there are always views to the outside, establishing a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior and creating a serene, luminous domestic environment.
