R·S10 transforms an old printing warehouse into a vibrant contemporary home defined by minimalism and color. The centerpiece of the project is a dramatic central patio—opened by breaking through the existing roof—to bring abundant natural light deep into the interior. This new void becomes the heart of the home, guiding circulation and creating a sense of openness. Clean lines, curated tones, and a refined spatial rhythm shape a bold yet serene living experience.
